Yussif Jalil John, CEO of Blessed Child Electircals has donated a circuit breaker to replace the Damaged circuit breaker that controls street lights in Damongo.
Mr. Yussif said he reared the news of why street lights in the centre of the Savannah regional capital have been off for days on Richard Forgor’s Facebook page and decided to donate the circuit breaker.
The operator of street lights in Damongo, Fatawu Osman stopped putting on the lights from Thursday in protest of the failure of authorities to replace a damaged circuit breaker for over one and half years.
The owner of Blessed Child Electircals said replacing the damaged circuit breaker is his way of giving back to the town.
He has delivered the circuit breaker to the management of PAD FM to be handed over to authorities for installation.
