The former president of the republic of Ghana H.E John Dramani Mahama has supported the Gonja Traditional Council with an amount of GHC 30,000.00 ahead of the 10th anniversary of the king and overlord of the Gonja Kingdom Yagbonwura Professor Tuntumba Bore-Esa I.
Former Chief Executive Officer of SADA Alhaji Gilbert Seidu Iddi led a delegation to the Jakpa Palace on Friday 13th November, 2020 to present the cash to the Gonja Traditional Council at the Jakpa Palace.
Alhaji Gilbert Iddi was accompanied by former MP of Yapei Kusawgu Constituency Alhaji Amadu Seidu and Mr Thomas Senor Bebe who is a council member of NDC for Savannah Region.
The vice president of the savannah region house of chiefs Buipewura Abdulai Jinapor II received the donation on behalf of the Yagbonwura and thanked the former president John Dramani Mahama for the support.
